In 2006, Dan Coughlin purchased his first restaurant called Mix Zone Café in the Rancho Plaza shopping center. He renamed it to Le Thai after moving to Fremont Street in downtown area. After 5 years, Dan saw an opportunity to open up a 2nd location to focus on high demand take-out orders that Fremont location was able to keep up. In 2018, Le Thai 2 opened its doors back where Dan had started it all. Redesigned mostly for take-out orders, but it also offers an intimate 16 seater dine-in space for those who seeks out a quick bite of delicious Thai inspired dishes.
